Ciana Swain joined the Attachment and Biobehavioral Catch-up Team in the summer of 2022 as an undergraduate research assistant. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Hampton University in 2023. She then went on to complete her graduate studies at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. She earned her Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling in 2025. She currently works at ABC as an ITM supervisor and parent coach. Ciana enjoys working with families and children from various backgrounds. In addition, she is a mental health therapist at Aya Counseling Services. At this private practice, she supports individuals of all ages through various mental health challenges. Ciana uses her expertise in mental health to build a holistic and cultural approach to all of her clients and her ABC families.
