Parent Coach Drop Out

• If a coach drops before the initial training begins (ideally withdraws at least 2 weeks before the initial training start date): substitute with another potential coach who passed the screener, or credit the site the full amount, to use for future services

• If a coach drops within a month of the last day of the initial training: 50% credit (i.e., 50% of what was paid for that coach is credited to the site, to use for future services).

• If a coach drops more than a month from the last day of the initial training: no credits will be offered, since so much energy and time has been invested in the coach by this point in time.
